SHIPPING
Vanity88 will ship via UPS packages are under normal delivery time of 2-3, some areas 1 business days with signature confirmation within the United States.
Orders outside of the USA are calculated based on weight and location automatically.
ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION
Please be sure to accurately enter your email address and phone number for automatic delivery of tracking number and information.
In the event your order is not delivered please reach out to your local post office for advanced tracking.
PROCESSING & TURNAROUND TIME
Orders are completed and shipped out within 14-21 Business days. All units are washed, deep conditioned and styled.
Order Confirmation emails are sent immediately after placing order.
Vanity88 is subject to increase turnaround time for custom orders including color or additional items added to order. We will send notification via email if required.
In the event changes need to be made, please reach out to us within 24 hours with full name and order number.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Due to nature of sale there is NO REFUNDS ON EXTENSIONS.
WE WILL HONOR EXCHANGES WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS ON ORDERS IN ORIGINAL STATE.
