RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Due to nature of sale there is NO REFUNDS ON EXTENSIONS.
WE WILL HONOR EXCHANGES OF BUNDLES OR CLOSURES WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS ON ORDERS IN ORIGINAL STATE.

In the event of returns/exchanges the customer will cover shipping costs to Vanity88. Upon Completion or exchange shipping fees are covered by Vanity88.
There is no restock fee required.
PROCESSING & TURNAROUND TIME
Orders are completed and shipped out within 14-21 Business days. All units are washed, deep conditioned and styled.
Order Confirmation emails are sent requesting head measurements and clean photo to match lace shade.
Vanity88 is subject to increase turnaround time for custom orders including color or additional items added to order. We will send notification via email if required.
